The GSD Growth and pipeline management lead is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to foster business growth and manage the project pipeline effectively. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities across BUs, developing relationships, and ensuring robust pipeline to support the expansion of our services globally across GSDs in all Lines of busines
What you do
Growth Strategy Management:
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets for all GSD locations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key stakeholders. Develop effective strategy in working with LOB leads for Business partner consent for each BU for transfer work to GCC’s.Pipeline management:
Manage the E2E project pipeline in discussion with BUs and potential new partner in all LoBs. Implement processes to analyze and optimize the efficiency of the pipeline. Work with LOB regional and Global Leads as well as functional leads to drive strategic assessment of current Platform and non platform FTE’s in each BU by LOB for feasibility of movement into GCCs. Develop robust pipeline for GCC growth. Track PD targets versus actual to meet committed savings targets.Business development:
Identify new opportunities in all Line of Business and potential partnerships to expand our presence across BUs. Work closely with WFM for PD alignment between GSDs and BUs. Establish SLAs and reporting mechanism from GSDs to sending BUs. Foster relationships with LoBs and BUs Key stakeholders to drive business growth. Schedule and participate in regular development meetings and capability pitches in order to actively managing the pipeline of renewals and new business prospects, and contact mapping.Market research and analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities. Provide insights and recommendation based on market analysis to support decision-making.Sales team collaboration:
Work closely with sales teams in LoBs and BUs to ensure alignment with the offshoring strategy of the company. Work with BUs to obtain Business partner consent from old and new partners. Provide guidance and support to enhance the team´s effectiveness in growth and pipeline management.
