About the role
Overall role purpose In our Go Beyond network strategy 2025 our vision is to become ‘the most valued network in the profession’.
This role directly supports the ‘develop and implement common service line methodologies’ activity within the risk management and quality objective by ensuring the consistency of methodology-related materials (ex. audit QRGs and methodology outreach); communicating the availability of these materials to member firms; and managing the process and tools necessary to deliver files to all member firms.
Main responsibilities
+ Finalise and distribute assurance methodology and learning-related communications via Outlook and Connect Broadcast Centre
+ Oversee monthly virtual methodology outreach meetings
+ Manage access groups, post new material (as specified by methodology team members) on the member firm methodology and learning SharePoint site
+ Maintain methodology and learning Connect (intranet) pages
+ Monitor and triage questions received in the assurance methodology mailbox; resolve those where possible (ie, access requests)
+ Maintain distribution lists consisting of member firm assurance methodology contacts (>150) and where applicable, update access changes to the methodology SharePoint site
+ Format reference material and clean-up/reformat revised materials, such as:
+ MS Word-based quick reference guides (QRGs)
+ MS Word-based quick start cards (QSCs)
+ Excel- and Word-based workprograms/templates/checklists (no actual programming of templates is required – just clean-up of elements that are not brand-compliant or not consistent with other workprograms/tools)
+ Updates to Word-based engagement manuals

The following attributes are required to fulfill the administrative responsibilities of this role.
+ Because this individual is responsible for multiple communications, an excellent command of the English language (and ability to effectively proofread) is a must to ensure materials released by the team are written using proper punctuation, grammar, spelling and syntax.
+ This individual must view every resource and communication as a reflection on both the immediate team and GTIL; care should be taken to ensure that deliverables are polished and professional before being released to the network.
+ This individual must be process-oriented, organised, very detail-oriented and comfortable with a steady flow of document formatting work from multiple team members.
+ This individual is client-(member firm)facing and must be able to adjust their communication style accordingly.
Experience – Essential
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience providing administrative support for multiple individuals
+ Strong relationship skills and cultural awareness, the ability to work well with people from different disciplines and cultures.
+ Ability to be agile, respond positively to change and contribute with an innovative and global mindset.
Experience - Desirable
+ Advanced Excel functionality (mainly pivot table creation/manipulation and date-based formulas)
