Job Description: Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator
Experience:
3+ years in project coordination, sales operations, or marketing, with a focus on Go-to-Market strategies in a B2B or enterprise environment.
Location:
Bangalore.
The GTM Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Go-to-Market strategy by facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams. This includes monitoring and tracking GTM initiatives, maintaining sales pipeline dashboards, managing contractual processes, and supporting the overall go-to-market process. The GTM Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination of all tasks and activities required for successful closure of sales deals, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate communication between various teams involved in the go-to-market process, ensuring alignment and clarity.Act as the central point of contact for teams working on GTM initiatives, helping ensure seamless collaboration.Sales Pipeline Tracking:
Monitor and track the status of GTM initiatives, ensuring that the sales pipeline is up-to-date.Provide regular updates and reports on GTM progress through dashboards and other reporting tools.Contractual Tracking:
Track the entire contractual process, from RFP submission to the sign-off of contracts, ensuring that all resource contracts through vendors and partners are in place.Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed according to the project requirements.GTM Opportunity Management:
Support internal teams in generating opportunity IDs and assigning them to relevant projects to initiate the sales cycle.Coordinate efforts to ensure that opportunities are tracked and supported effectively.Part Number Management:
Assist in generating unique part numbers for each opportunity and ensure their availability for project teams.Work with internal teams to maintain the proper documentation of part numbers and manage their alignment with business goals.Project Transition Support:
Facilitate the transition of opportunities to projects by assisting in the submission of WIN cases and ensuring that project teams are equipped with the necessary information.Proactively track the progress of projects, assisting in resolving any issues or delays.ServiceNow Registration & Tracking:
Assist with the management of deal and deployment registrations, ensuring they are tracked effectively.Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to track open items and maintain a healthy account status.Partner Collaboration:
Foster positive relationships with deal partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and addressing any concerns they may have.Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of all GTM activities and initiatives, including sales tracking and project status updates.Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing GTM initiatives to management and other stakeholders.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a coordination or operations role, preferably within a Go-to-Market or sales operations context. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in sales pipeline management and reporting, preferably with familiarity in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with teams at all levels. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus. Attention to detail, with a focus on accurate tracking and reporting of project and contractual status. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
