Sales Enablement Manager

At Zendesk, we are champions of customer service, and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal to own the development and deployment of Zendesk's first "Sales Academy" Program. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales team to deliver flawless customer experiences and drive revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:

Own the development and deployment of Zendesk's first "Sales Academy" ProgramCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales training materials, playbooks, and toolsCollaborate with outside vendors (when necessary) to create and run vendor led programs Conduct training sessions to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the marketRegularly assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvementPartner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutionsStay informed about the latest developments and effective strategies in sales enablement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales enablement or a related fieldExperience working with, or implementing, a Sales Academy ProgramStrong understanding of sales processes and methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsHighly organized and attentive to detailAmbitious and self-motivatedBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
