Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enablement Leadership: Develop and execute the overall enablement strategy aligned with business goals and key revenue drivers.
Enablement Program Execution: Lead the implementation of enablement programs for sales and technical teams. Balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term needs to achieve quick wins while maintaining focus on broader goals.
Working Sessions and Facilitation: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to lead working sessions to move projects forward, ensuring alignment on outcomes and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage communication across teams, providing regular status updates, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment on project dependencies and timelines.
Leadership Support & Strategic Guidance: Ensure leadership has the necessary resources, information, and support to meet program deadlines. Facilitate strategic discussions with functional leaders to develop actionable plans and drive key initiatives.
Project Management: Lead or advise on complex projects, overseeing them from ideation through to successful execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Regularly report on GTM enablement activities and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and 12+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization OR Masters Degree and 10+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization
Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer success
This role is Broadcom office based—not available for remote work

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $182,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
