Overview This role leads PepsiCo Foods H2/H3 new channels/occasions growth by overall strategy/model design and implementation. Key objective is to identify opty. and develop GTM model and playbook for new channels/occasions. Reponsibilities incl. 1) Identify new business opportunities in new channels and occaions; define clear size of prize and PEP right to win with solid market analysis 2) define and upgrade new GTM model, from today’s RCD model to a multi-dimensional RCD/Service partner/Direct trade to build fit-for-purpose GTM 3) Develop playbook business case to launch and scale such business opportunities, deliver GTM, portfolio and activation solutions to realize business growth 4) drive implementation at MU level while leveraging BU resources Responsibilities Continuously assess market trends and identify new business opportunities Focus on new channels trends and consumer dynamics; Proactively identify new growth opportunities by creative thinking to seed for future breakthourgh ideation Conduct external market research, consumer and customer needs analysis, category trends deep-dive and competitor benchmark to provide fact-based insights and develop well-rounded view Coordinate with internal stakeholders incl. category, sales, GTM, supply chain and R&D to intergrate cross-functional inputs Develop GTM model and playbook for new occasions/channels for scaled expansions in MU Identify potential outlets and trade partner opty. Work with MU and BU BD teams to assess different value chain design and develop relevant business case Define GTM model by RCD, service partner and PEP direct trade models Define playbook for each AFH channel Compose compelling portfolio solution based on right consumer profile and needs Lead SLAM teams on project base for new product solutions Creatively come up with new channels activation solutions incl. to-trade and in-store Define and align with key stakeholders new channels/occasion investment model Enable frontline with right customer management capabilities and tools Compose action plan for MU and implement in frontline Moblize MU team with clear customer list, action plan, target and timeline Track and intervent business development process Qualifications Consulting background or AFH business background is a plus for business understanding and strategic thinking Strong understanding of China FMCG industry and new channels opty. Bright, self-driven, and intellectually curious thinker who is passionate about consumer goods and its commercial agenda Excellent problem solving intrinsics with analytical skills and clear structured thinking to define problems and framworks Rich experience in AFH Strong & persuasive communication skills, influencing &collaboration skills Executive maturity, high integrity & values driven Strong English communication and business presentation skills, with high attention to details Action biased and result oriented mindset Strategic thinking with top-down and longer term perspectives Leadership and influencing skills to implement in a complex environment
