Overview -Establish the mechanism of distributors capability assessment -Establish distributor admittance system -Assist carry out distributors segmented management •Formulate distributor capability development model •Design and execute distributor empowerment -Develop distributor transformation plan, eg: Digitaliation, transformation, Dedication business model transformation -Develop and implement long-term win-win plan with distributors Responsibilities Establish distributor assessment system -Establish a long-term distributor evaluation mechanism and continuously optimize in application -Regularly provide analysis report of quantitative assessment of distributor capability. - Establish distributor admittance system -Develop standard and process -Promote execution in all distributors and optimize mechanism by analyzing result. - PEP-RCD win-win project -Cooperate closely with distributors and gain insight into distributor developing trend -Found a distributor“GM Club” Qualifications ‐At least 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years of experience in managing distributors and deep understanding of distributors business operation ‐Strong analytical and learning abilities ‐Excellent communication skills ‐Proficiency in office ‐Senior experience in project management is preferred
