GTMC-FFE Field Business Analyst-Respi-Shanghai

**JOB PURPOSE:**
+ Be part of field force effectiveness and analytics engine to BU AD to improve field force productivity, optimize resource allocation and field force KPI
+ Coordinate between BU field team and CE FFE HQ teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process complying to corporate guideline
+ Implement field force operation framework and FFE tools in area of field force productivity & resource allocation
+ Support BU ADs on data preparation and consolidation, analysis design, execution by closely and actively communication in terms of field force performance and productivity
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**
**Field force Operation Management**
+ Manage following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective including
+ Field force trend and landing forecast
+ Field force performance dashboard and Field force KPI reporting
+ Data consolidation and cascading to field operation team
+ Enable consistent business rationales, templates, tools and analytical support to BU AD in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline
**Analysis and Insight Generation**
+ Lead field force performance analysis and interpretation based on existing dashboard and reports so as to understand business dynamics and generate insights from data
+ Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU AD to support decision-making process
**Daily Operation and Data management**
+ Supervise field force operation projects (such as customer segmentation, field force sizing and territory optimization ) under the leadership of FFE BU HQ team
+ Manage BU daily operation support, including
+ Field force Planning and FTE Management
+ Field force KPI / Low performer report
+ Provide data support to BU AD per request
**JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:**
**Education:**
+ Minimum bachelor degree
**Experience & knowledge:**
+ At least 3 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
+ Good communication skill in both cross-function interaction and message cascade-down
+ Strong capability in Excel Modeling and PowerPoint Presentation
+ Ability to solve difficult and changing situations and influence business leaders
+ Good command of written English, communication verbal English
