The Vistex GTMS Production Support Delivery Manager will work with Vistex customers who have implemented our cloud solution and oversee production support activities, build client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, SLAs, ability to understand business needs and have a good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor Manage the Production Support Team and enhancement projects Manage ticketing SLAs and downtime reporting Develop and manage milestone plans with key activities and dependencies Create and maintain presentations for weekly PMO meetings Manage enhancement status’ and client expectations and escalate as needed Manage consultants’ tasks in order to meet timelines Monitor issues and risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring to resolution Participate in requirement gathering sessions Ability to lead a team to problem solve business or technical issues Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) Monitor and manage project labor and expense budgets in Contract Management software Travel required – 0 to 10%About us: The Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives.
