GTS Lead for AIS Risk and Compliance Initiatives, Assistance Vice President

Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking a technology project manager who will be responsible for planning, governance, reporting, and delivery of various technology projects across AIS applications to support Risk, Resiliency and Compliance initiatives. The role will align with multiple business groups within Alternatives Investment Services and will include visibility across the broader internal technology and business teams. The role is predominantly project management related however there will be analyst opportunities as required.

As a GTS Lead for AIS Risk and Compliance Initiatives, Assistance Vice President you will

Be the primary individual working with the various Program Management Offices and Technology Governance groups that are involved with the AIS application development teams for the organization wide , compliance and resiliency initiatives.Establish relationships with all stakeholders to help define the initial scope, timeline, resource needs, and costs of the projects and work with management or project organizationEstablish the necessary project governance and engagement based on the project and stakeholders for each initiativeBe accountable for monitoring and reporting of the ongoing project/Migration/LCM status, tasks, and other evolving project management reporting demands using the Jira toolIdentify, mitigate, and where necessary escalate risks and issues accordingly to keep the progress on projects moving forward and management informed of issues needing attentionFacilitate change management protocols related to scope changes and impacts to timelines/project deliveries with management and stakeholdersBe available for any application support escalations and for planned weekend release support as neededPerform Data Center and Cloud Migration analysis to resolve impediments and support all stages of the migrationSupporting application development teams by coordinating with governance team, IRO team (AD, Unix, APMD, Cloud Support, Tech plan) and GCS team (CA PAM, CyberArk)Leading the State Street wide initiatives for the AIS group and mitigation of escalations on compliance related initiatives etc.

Application development experience for min of 5+ years using databases and middleware toolsProven track record with IT development change deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and externalSuperb prioritization and time management skillsStrong collaborative problem solving skillsAbility to motivate, influence, and enableAgile and Waterfall project delivery expertiseKnowledge of JIRA toolExcellent analytical and research capabilities.Good understanding of overall infrastructureLCM , Data Center and Cloud migration experienceAbility to multitask and work with a diverse background of teams and individualsAbility to lead project initiatives and organize groups to achieve complex and challenging goals

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in STEM or equivalent5 years of experience working in a software development environment in a project management or program management role7+ years’ financial services experience; custody, accounting and/or payments and banking experience preferredSupport, Resiliency and migration experience is plus

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $177,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
