Overview

We are currently in search of a GTS Product Integration Specialist (PIS). The GTS PIS is a professional dedicated to a particular range of treasury management products that necessitate technical integration among systems or applications. This individual serves as both a channel and technical subject matter expert, an experienced implementation specialist, and a collaborative team member eager and prepared to offer support at any level related to Systems & Channels. The GTS PIS collaborates closely with Global Transaction Services product managers, sales consultants, information technology, and operations teams to effectively integrate and optimize services.

Responsibilities Assisting in integration efforts for the designated products.Participating in customer sales discussions to understand their technology infrastructure for a comprehensive grasp of capabilities and optimal integration and implementation methods.Analyze and streamline services for supported products and servicesConduct product/solution demonstrations via webinar and in-person.Participate and or lead the integration/implementation meetings to ensure a smooth transition and a detailed understanding of the product scope.Creating and distributing technical documents that clarify upcoming or existing integrations for non-technical audiences.Educating both the organization and clients on the system and hardware integration process, its implementation, and its applications.Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation.Developing tests and simulations to confirm that the system operates as intended.Establishing monitoring and quality assurance processes. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.Skilled in automating open-source RESTful APIs and conducting manual API testing using Postman.Advanced understanding of data file standards, file formats, and field mapping.At least 5 years of experience in Treasury Management is preferred. Familiarity with the Dragonfly Online Banking Portal and Fiserv Commercial Center.Knowledge of SFTP transmission technology is required.The candidate must possess highly developed abilities in articulating, writing, and presenting complex technical concepts and information.Experience collaborating effectively with product teams, sales, IT, relationship managers, and senior leadership to create comprehensive customer solutions.Worked alongside cross-functional teams to collect requirements, design test cases, and validate transaction processes including ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, wire transfers, and checks, as well as generating reports such as detailed transaction reports, payment summary reports, and user activity reports.Familiar with integrations between CRM, Dragonfly UOB, and SAM applications. Proficient in SQL for backend data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of transactions within real-time processing systems. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, utilizing Cucumber and the Cypress framework.Familiar with Confluence, JIRA, and Splunk.Support additional key initiatives and priorities as required.Define product specifications, business cases, and conduct user testing for new products and enhancements.Collaborate and review product designs with the Digital Channels team, other product teams, operations, and the IT department. Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
