Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Guard Booth Attendant.  The Guard Booth Attendant must provide superior, friendly, efficient service. This employee will interact with Airport Employees, Regional Employees Delivering cars as well as Vendors. This individual will facilitate the vehicle check out/exit process through badge verification or documentation of all necessary driver information and vehicle information. This position is a versatile role and will need to perform all responsibilities listed as well as any other needs requested by the team. 

 

Pay for this position starts at $16.50 / hour. 

 

This position is located at the Philadelphia International Airport - 1 Arrival Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 6:00 PM -2:00 AM

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare all vehicle documents accurately and completely.Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.Maintain the appearance of the guard booth and surroundings to present a neat and orderly image.Ensure that “Booth” is stocked with appropriate supplies as necessary.Provide all in-coming/out-going personnel with undivided attention while assisting them at the guard booth.Make eye contact and greet all personnel.Assist individuals with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessary.Perform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customers, vendors and employees.Assist with other departmental needs at the facility, as directed by management.Perform daily closing/locking down procedures for the guard booth and facility.Assist with any additional requests on property per supervising manager. 

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

Generally requires a great deal of standing for long periods of time, walking and bending.Requires the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment, including documentation on a tablet, in a timely manner while cars are moving through.Requires some flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.Must have 6 consecutive months of work experience.Security experience preferred.Must have a current and valid driver's license.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport.Must be able to work the following shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 6:00 PM -2:00 AM
