Family Service Association is looking for a caring Financial Supervisor for our Guardianship and Rep. Payee program!  We are offering a full time 35 hour work week, with a partial hybrid remote day time schedule. 

The Guardianship / Rep Payee Financial Supervisor essential duties and responsibilities;

Assist with the initial and on-going asset management for clientsProvide guidance and supervision to 3-5 financial staffResponsible for oversight of financial documents for Probate Court including yearly court accountings and inventoriesProvide oversight for applications for MassHealth, Medicare, secondary insurance and long term-care when applicableResponsible for completing reports for agency including auditsTriage and balance competing prioritiesWork independently as well as part of a Team

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting5+ years of accounting experienceWorking knowledge of tax matters including annuities2+ years of supervisory experienceKnowledge of MassHealth eligibilityExperience working in human services
