We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team in Stockholm on a full time permanent contract.

Your role is about offering every customer a unique and personalized experience turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients while supporting management by supervising and motivating the team to achieve results.

Key Accountabilities

Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci history and heritageGuarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories utilizing your senior experience and expert knowledgeEnsure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), to retain actual clients and detect new high potential onesCollaborate with managers to prepare and deliver training moments, upskilling the teamSupport managers to supervise team KPI ‘s and motivate the team to achieve incentives and store goalsFoster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutionsResponsible for opening and closing the store or departmentAct as an ambassador for grooming guidelines, accordingly with Gucci standards and policies

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a Supervisor or Senior role within Luxury FashionExcellent commercial awareness and ability to build and maintain a client bookPassion for fashion and knowledge of luxury fashion products and trendsHigh flexibility, strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customersTeam-player mentality, ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environmentFluent in English and Swedish
