Rol: El Guest Ambassador es la cara visible de l Cliente, responsable de crear una experiencia excepcional para empleados y visitantes desde el momento en que ingresan a las instalaciones.

Objetivo del Puesto: Proporcionar un servicio de recepción y atención al cliente de alto nivel, personificando los valores de MeLi y asegurando que cada interacción refleje el ExperienceX: Pulse Program.

Responsabilidades principales:

Dar la bienvenida y orientar a empleados y visitantes.Gestionar el registro de visitantes y la emisión de credenciales temporales.Coordinar reservas de salas de reuniones y espacios comunes.Proporcionar información sobre servicios e instalaciones disponibles.Manejar consultas generales y dirigir a las personas a los recursos apropiados.

Actividades clave:

Mantener un ambiente acogedor y profesional en el área de recepción.Gestionar la logística de llegada para visitantes VIP y eventos especiales.Colaborar con el equipo de seguridad para garantizar protocolos adecuados.Recopilar y comunicar feedback de visitantes y empleados sobre su experiencia.Participar en iniciativas que fomenten la comunidad y el compromiso de los empleados.
