We’re currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist for an exciting opportunity with one of our global financial Clients! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude, strong skills and natural spark to this position.
Snapshot of the role:
Answer main switchboard, process enquiries and welcome visitors in a professional, polite, helpful, and friendly manner always.Ensure Reception is always covered, and that adequate relief is available e.g., lunch, absences in advance. Effectively manage the mailroom operations on site to ensure continuity of service to the client. Board and meeting room bookings - ensuring meeting rooms are well presented, reset, and prepared for meetings at all times.Co-ordinate with office staff to set up catering for events once order arrives.Support / back up to Facilities Management Team as required from time to time.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and ideally have some experience in a receptionist or customer service related roles, be willing to learn, attention to detail, and have a 'can do' attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
Excellent communication with the ability to build rapport with all levels is critical. Well-presented and take pride in themselves and in providing a positive customer experience.
