Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for assessing, tracking and resolving patient experience opportunities with the appropriate organizational staff; serves as a liaison between customers/patients and the institution and its departments; and reports to the CNO or Assigned Designee per CNO. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1. 1-3 years’ experience in a healthcare setting or service industry, preferred 2. Excellent interpersonal skills 3. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills 4. Must have poise, tact and maturity to be able to deal with a variety of people and problems 5. Customer service experience with training and presentation skills 6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office) 7. Able to handle multiple priorities under pressure 8. Bilingual (Spanish) EDUCATION / LICENSURE: Associate or Bachelor Degree required: Marketing, Communication, or healthcare related field preferred.
