Tech Savvy: Familiarity with hospitality or Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred. Friendly Attitude: Must be welcoming and warm with guests and colleagues. Guest Engagement: Strong ability to interact with guests in a guest-focused manner. Multilingual Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. This position will be based in New York City and working across all HYE visitor attractions. Edge, is the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, with a one-of-a-kind design.
