Job Summary
We are searching for a full-time, onsite Guest Experience Manager in Training. This position is is responsible for assisting all nutrition and wellness information and activity for the account; will customize, support, coordinate, and measure nutrition and wellness initiatives and provide nutrition education, training, communication and guidance as needed. This position will work collaboratively with the general manager, chef, and marketing to promote corporate nutrition goals, objectives, strategies and policies to develop and implementwellness related programs and initiatives and to ensure compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinates and implements sector specific nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives.
+ Develops and presents materials for wellness programs including health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches, regional and district meetings,client meetings, etc.
+ Contributes to wellness related social media efforts.
+ Coordinates wellness events calendar with regional marketing and culinary team and aligns with client and campus events.
+ Helps manage menu and recipe development as well as the nutrient analysis.
+ Leads in-field implementation and on-going wellness training for assigned account.
+ Acts as a nutrition education resource for client, customer and associate nutrition and sustainability questions and concerns.
+ Assists with conducting regular audits, ensures accuracy of all nutrition information posted, and monitors all wellness promotion results.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills required
+ Serve-Safe certification preferred. If not certified, must obtain certification within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire.
+ Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred
