**Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
** Starting rate: $22.50 per hour plus 20% commission on Upsells and Pay for performance plan.
The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall guest experience at the hotel as well as our Grand Club. This person will be the primary point-of-contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. The Guest Experience Supervisor will collaborate with various departments to coordinate and deliver exceptional service, resolve guest-related concerns, and implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction.Additionally, the Guest Experience Supervisor may assist with training. This person will report directly to the Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to.
· Send pre-arrival emails to VIPS and coordinate special arrangements to VIP guests to ensure a personalized experience.
· Engage in proactive and personalized communication & assistance with guests in all stages of stay (pre-arrival, during the guests stay, and departure).
· Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Review GEM notes and profiles for VIPs reservations.
· Analyze Medallia metrics
· Perform meet-and-greets at check in and/or check out.
· Ensuring the breakfast and evening service is up to the Grand Standards
· Processing stock order.
· Organizing activations for the Grand Club.
· Monitor Grand Club daily passes and liaise with Front Desk.
**Qualifications:**
**Qualifications:**
· Previous experience in VIP Guest experiences/customer service required.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Open availability including weekends and holidays required.
· Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods as well as walk moderate distances throughout the hotel.
· AZ Food Handlers License
· Previous hotel experience preferred (Full-Service).
· Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office Operations.
· Considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
· Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
· Previous exposure to Opera and HotSOS is ideal.
· Ability to access and accurately input information using moderately complex computer systems.
