Guest Experience Supervisor
**What you'll bring to the team** Step up as a Guest Experience Supervisor and be at the heart of delivering unforgettable moments for guests! You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to provide world-class service while ensuring health, safety, and smooth daily operations. This role involves hands-on leadership, solving challenges, and creating a fun, dynamic environment. As Duty Manager, you'll oversee the entire attraction floor, keeping the energy high and everything running seamlessly. If you're passionate about creating magical guest experiences and thrive on teamwork, this role is your perfect fit! **Qualifications & Experience** Key Responsibilities: + Lead by example on the attraction floor, ensuring excellent guest care, safety, and top-tier service. + Motivate and develop team members, manage schedules, and deliver daily team briefings. + Support operations by covering positions, coaching team members, and assisting with customer service strategies. + Ensure effective communication, manage service recovery efforts, and maintain guest satisfaction. + Cross-trained in all front-of-house areas and actively support guest obsession initiatives. + Mentor team members, conduct reviews, track inventory, and report on department performance. + Maintain visual appeal of guest areas and promote teamwork to exceed spend targets. + Encourage innovation, monitor training strategies, and suggest operational improvements. Education and Experience: + High school diploma or GED required. + Must possess a college degree or be actively pursuing one. + At least two years of supervisory experience in a guest facing-based environment, visitor attraction or retail outlet. + The ability to maintain the highest level of service in high-pressure situations in a busy environment while dealing with guests in an efficient, professional manner. + Good people management and communication skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and be an inspirational role model. + Excellent sales skills and experience with using computerized till systems is also needed.
