GUEST EXPERIENCE TICKET LIAISON

Overview of Position : This position is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences with interaction in the lift loading areas related to pass scanning and issues that may arise when a pass does not scan as Active, or guest has other pass-related issues. A Guest Experience Tickets Liaison should have a basic understanding of all activities involved in the lift line loading and crowd control area.
Job Qualifications:
+ Must be able to handle stressful, noisy, crowded, and distracting situations.
+ Must be comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a positive, friendly, and helpful manner.
+ Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
+ Must be able to stand and be moving for an entire shift.
+ Must be able to sustain adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time.

Lift Operations Pass Check Attendants are expected to perform the following duties:
+ Use and care of pass scan tablet equipment and materials
+ Pass Scanning Troubleshooting with Lift Operations Manager, Tickets/Passes Cashiers, and Guest Services, as applicable.
+ Safety standards and protocol
+ Assist guest with wayfinding to appropriate department, as needed.
+ Crowd control
+ Scanning
+ Ticket issues
+ Ensure Windham Mountain Club guests have a premier guest experience.
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier guest experience. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holidays which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods. Employees are responsible for wearing appropriate boots and gloves/mittens with necessary insulation for winter weather.
