Guest House Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins / outs, reservations, and housekeeping. Manage and train staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy rates. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure the guest house is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.  
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related fields are advantageous.
