Your role will be key in delivering exceptional guest service and making every interaction meaningful. **Your Role:** As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you will be the face of the Company, upholding cleanliness and safety while engaging with guests and sharing the rich history and legacy of the Organization. To ensure each guest leaves with a lasting, positive impression. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Customer Service Excellence** : Greet, engage, and assist guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience. + **Maintenance & Cleanliness** : Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including restrooms, exhibits, lobbies, and offices. + **Brand Ambassador** : Share the fascinating history and future of The Company, delivering brand stories and key messages. + **Safety & Security** : Ensure the safety of all guests, respond promptly to emergencies, and maintain emergency evacuation procedures. + **Teamwork & Flexibility** : Work collaboratively with the Campus Care team to provide a flawless guest experience while supporting all operational needs. **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance. + Strong verbal and presentation skills.
