\n\n\nClassification: Part-Time (assist with covering PTO and Sick calls)\nShift: Various (shifts may include 7am-3pm or 11am - 7pm) – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays. \n\n
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $24.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nThe ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional and memorable experience during their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nWelcome and Greet Guests: Provide a warm, friendly first impression to all guests upon arrival.\nAddress Inquiries and Complaints: Promptly and professionally handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction (via email, phone or in person).\nCoordinate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise (including but not limited to retrieving small packages, mail and facsimiles for residents)\nProvide Information: Offer accurate and timely information about resort services, amenities, and local attractions.\nAssist with Reservations: Help guests with reservations, bookings, and special requests, such as room upgrades or special accommodations.\nMonitor Guest Satisfaction: Actively seek guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.\nMaintain Records: Keep detailed records of guest interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.\nEnsure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and assist in an emergency\nWhat are we looking for?
