Job DescriptionTo service vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness in the guest room according to SOP’SComplete daily task sheet assignmentEnsure the Select Guest and VIP room are serviced to SOPsMonitor and report DND roomsReport and return Lost & Found itemsMaintain and protect equipmentMaintain cleanliness in GRA’s truckStock GRA ‘s truck with linen and guest suppliesRemove room service tables and trays from guest roomsMaintain cleanliness and organization in floor linen closetsReport any changes in the room statusMaintain clear and efficient communication with supervisor and housekeeping officeReport and monitor guest room maintenance issueParticipate in a motivate and productive team working environment Qualifications Previous luxury hotel experienced preferred, High volume. Able to maintain a 4-Diamond level of service.Able to work with Management on special projects.Attention to detail.Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidaysMove, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, carry, push and/or pull up to 150 pounds without assistance.Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
