About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for guests while handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during the night. Your commitment to excellent customer service will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Manage guest arrivals, departures and reservations ensuring a high level of accuracy.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and requests promptly while resolving complaints efficiently.Perform cashiering tasks, including foreign currency exchange, payments, and check-outs accurately.Support the Landing Place Restaurant team with various tasks, as requiredEnsure cleanliness and maintenance of public and back-of-house areas.Assist with maintaining security of the hotel and its guests and be familiar with emergency procedures.Comply with health safety regulations and company policies to ensure guest satisfaction, safety security.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferred. Proficiency in Opera hotel management software and basic computer skills. Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards. Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
