Do you have hospitality and customer service experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in-house guests. As well as conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis.

What you have
High School Diploma or Equivalent2+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of workExceptional customer service skillsHigh emotional intelligenceGenuine desire to help othersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guestsBilingual a plus
What you’ll do
Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely mannerConduct inspections of units for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guestsMonitor property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residentsMaintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guestsMaintain professional relationship with apartment community management and all staff.
