Guest Service Specialist Winter 24/25 Woodward Park City

Location: Park City, Utah

Our Guest Service team works across the facility, indoors and outdoors, assisting guests with resort information, ticket sales, membership & reservation support, program knowledge, and industry insight. Daily, you will communicate with guests and members through various channels to navigate the Woodward experience and plan the perfect fun day. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional guest service across multiple sales channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Greet arriving guests and assist in the reservation check-in process.Provide product knowledge to members/customers by explaining the type of product or program offered. Work with internal and external departments to ensure one seamless guest experience.    Receive and respond to specialized product inquiries, memberships, and programs via phone, email, chat, and person.Serve as a champion of the brand and help save guest/member experiences through excellent communication and brand awareness.Update membership, email, and customer database systems with required customer information, notating profiles as necessary.Review and address any guest feedback across multiple channels of communication.Ensure consistent daily opening/closing procedures.Attention to detail, multi-tasking, follow-up, and accountability.Set a positive example and be a role model. Perform other duties as assigned.

  

Preferred Experience/Special Skills 

Outgoing and friendly personality.Passion for the action sports industry.Previous guest service/customer service experience.Strong communication skills.Strong computer skills.Proven ability to collaborate across functions and departments, working as part of a team to achieve goals.Ability to multi-task, remain calm in stressful situations and work independently with minimal supervision.

  

Basic Requirements  

A reliable form of transportation is required.Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
