Hilton Stockholm Slussen is now looking for Guest Service Team Members to join our team. As a Guest Service Team Member, you will work in various departments and with various tasks. 

You will be part of an international organization with a global network. Hilton is a world leading hotel company with over 8000 hotels in more than 100 countries. Hilton Stockholm Slussen is located with a view over the old town. We operate 289 guest rooms, meeting & event facilities, bar and ala carte restaurant.

As Guest Service Team Member, you will deliver great Hilton service to exceed guest expectations at all times in the departments: breakfast, terrace and front desk.

Tasks varies between ensuring a great start and an amazing breakfast experience for our guests, acting as Lobby ambassador assisting guests with luggage and questions, as well as helping out on our new terrace at the newly opened Slussen.

You are a team player thriving working together to ensure a great guest experience whether guests stay with us at the hotel or attending a dining experience.

Qualifications – What are we looking for?

A positive attitude with a passion for providing great guest service.

Some experience working in a hotel environment and eagerness to learn from various departments.

Great and efficient communication skills in English and conversational in Swedish.

System knowledge of Opera and Micros is beneficial.

Fix term positions (visstidsanställd) on 75% and casuals (enstaka dagar) for the period of June until August.  Shifts includes morning, evening and weekends.
