Guest Services Ambassador

JOB SUMMARY:

Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our customer base. Actively walks the casino floor to sell and enroll new customers in the customer loyalty program. Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets our gaming product to all guests. Supports Guest Services team when needed.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 Minimum of two (2) years of guest services experience preferred Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations Must have exceptional guest service skills Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills Must be able to work extended hours during special events, including limited overnight travel Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be willing to adhere to all Indiana gaming regulations and guidelines Must be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming license

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Welcomes guest, provides exceptional customer service, encourages guest to enroll in our new card sign up program and create brand loyalty. Must possess the ability to actively and constantly sell a product. Follows all relevant policies and procedures, keep confidentiality of information Ability to communicate with other departments both on property and within all Caesars entertainment, also with vendors/partners. Be familiar and help with Horseshoe promotions and events. Showcase exemplary usage of RTCM- system used for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the casino floor. Promote in Casino events both on and off property.  Makes sound complimentary decisions based on customer’s play Meet and greet guests and keep the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude throughout interactions

PHYSICAL & MENTAL:

Must be able to move quickly around property Must be able to stand or sit for an extended period of time maybe required Must be able to lift 20lbs Must be able to work independently and proven to be initiative-taking Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests’ needs Must be able to tolerate areas holding secondhand smoke
