The resort's rooms and suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed, with many offering stunning views of the ocean or the pool. Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate on Florida's beautiful Treasure Coast. Overview We are seeking a dynamic individual who is organized, passionate, and service focused! We want you to ensure our Guests receive the best in service before, during, and after their stay. The Concierge will represent the heart of Costa d'Este. They will be responsible for ensuring Guests are contacted pre-arrival and will respond to all Guest inquiries. The Concierge is knowledgeable of the resort, Vero Beach, and all events happening in the area. The Concierge will also assist with our front desk and reservation daily operations as needed. This is a TEMPORARY FULL-TIME position and we expect the need to run through the middle or end of June 2025. Qualifications Qualifications: Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to relate to guests' concerns and work well in groups. Comfort with phone, written, and in person communication is required. Must stay current on local events and Vero Beach area knowledge. Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills are a must, with the ability to work with all departments of the hotel. Must have a strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc. Must be able to handle multi-tasking and have a strong attention to detail. Self-managed and strong customer service skills is required. Must be willing to work weekends, evening, and holidays. Prior experience with Maestro preferred. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
