Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Guest Services Coordinator in Reston, Virginia. This role primarily involves coordinating guest services in our industry. You will be using various computer programs, attending and planning detail-oriented conferences, and interacting directly with guests. Responsibilities: • Utilize various computer programs to manage guest information and ensure efficient operations. • Field inbound calls from guests, providing them with the necessary information and assistance. • Direct guests to their destinations within the facilities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. • Provide assistance to guests as required, enhancing their overall experience. • Attend detail-oriented conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Participate in conference planning to ensure the successful execution of events. • Oversee the setup and cleanup of conference rooms, ensuring they are ready for use. • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor while interacting with guests during conferences. • Manage guest records on CRM and EHR systems, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
