Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Guest Services Coordinator in the hospitality industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Guest Services Coordinator you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and ensuring smooth operations in our sales gallery.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Coordinating with various departments, including Sales and Marketing, to track attendance and update sales rotations.
• Managing the Sales Front Desk, including checking in guests for sales presentations and assigning team members accurately.
• Handling phone inquiries, directing calls to the relevant employees.
• Assisting guests with vacation planning as a Gifting Agent, including coordinating shows and dinners.
• Managing premiums across departments and conducting nightly reconciliations.
• Organizing reimbursements for Taxi/Uber/Parking for guests.
• Coordinating with the Transportation Team for pick up and drop off of guests and materials.
• Ensuring the kitchen and refreshment areas are well-stocked and cleaned as a Kitchen Agent.
• Conducting inventory checks and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members to improve sales techniques.
• Comfortable with delivering Presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in organising Benefit Functions, such as corporate events or customer appreciation days.
• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and how to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to Answer customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Reliable in Attendance, showing commitment to the role and the team.
• Experience in liaising with C-Suite level executives, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
• Proficient in basic office tasks, such as managing Paper documentation and filing systems.
• Comfortable dealing with External Customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Familiarity with NAS Technologies would be advantageous.
• Experience in QA Management, ensuring all operations meet the necessary quality standards. TalentMatch®
