Guest Services Lead Agent

Location: Nederland, Colorado

Eldora is the backyard winter mountain playground for Greater Denver, Boulder County, and Colorado's northern Front Range. Eldora is located just outside of the charming mountain town of Nederland, Colorado, about 20 miles west of Boulder and less than 50 miles from downtown Denver.

Eldora strives to deliver Colorado’s Front Range the most memorable outdoor adventures to locals and out-of-town visitors.   Eldora Mountain Resort employs up to 700 employees at peak season and has 680 acres of lift-accessible terrain for skiing and snowboarding, including a Woodward Mountain Park experience, and a world class Nordic Center.

The Guest Services Lead Agent at Eldora is a front-line position that involves dealing with a high volume of guests in a fast-paced environment.  Lead Agents are to interact with guests and employees and work with the Guest Services Management Team to ensure proper training and operation of all Guest Services locations.  As a member of the Guest Services team, you are expected to be proficient in the product offerings of Eldora and be a source of high-quality customer service to our guests.

Guest Service Duties: 

Actively engage with Eldora guests 

Provide support to the Guest Services Management Team with any sales issues, corrections, date changes, etc. 

Train and coach coworkers on products, policies, and procedures 

Provide accurate product and mountain information to guests 

Assist all guests with the online purchase flow 

Handle all inquiries and grievances in a professional and competent manner 

Maintain work area by cleaning and restocking supplies 

Uphold all Eldora product policies and procedures 

Arrive to work on-time and follow assigned schedule 

Adhere to all grooming guidelines

Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $21+ depending on experience.

Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts.  Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
