Guest Services Representative

Compensation Information: $19.00 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light (L); work activities involve handling loads of 5kg to 10kg; predominately in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

Highly developed guest-relations skills with the ability to assess the needs and up-sell products. Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with the ability to work responsibly and independently. Strong computer and cash handling skills. Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player. Previous customer/guest service experience. A good knowledge of the regional area and willingness to learn. Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily operation of the Guest Services desk in the Village Day Lodge, including ticket sales. Contact position for guests regarding lift tickets, Season Pass sales, summer activities, as well as resort information. Works with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner. Demonstrates a commitment to exceed the customer’s expectations. Manages all cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner. Highly organized and efficient in the workplace. Always follows company policies and procedures. Security and accountability of tickets and cash. Balancing daily sales to computer reports.
