We blend high-tech with high touch in ways that are advancing superior health care throughout the communities we serve. **Title:** Guest Services Specialist **Facility** : St. Joseph's North Hospital The **Guest Services Specialist** is responsible for the following: + Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community + Must possess advanced computer skills + Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
