The Guest Services Specialist we are seeking is known for their excellent sense of humor, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and dedication to providing top-level customer service. Come work and play at Seattleā€™s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and enthusiasm that reflects our brand values. Contribute to creating a safe, convenient, and enjoyable outdoor experience for all guests. Provide excellent customer support by answering general inquiries about our mountain, resolving product-related issues, and utilizing appropriate tools to enhance guests' visits. Efficiently handle guest emails, live chats and phone calls using the Salesforce CRM. Resolve guest issues promptly by utilizing provided tools and making informed decisions to find effective solutions, while independently de-escalating situations to ensure a positive experience. Wage and Benefit Info: The wage range for this positions is: from $20.15 to $21.75/hr DOE This is a non-benefited role. All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff). All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
