The successful candidate:
Hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm (adjusting as needed based on business need)
The Guest Services Supervisor will provide leadership and support to teams in the Guest Services and Guest Quarters areas, overseeing the daily operations, in addition to supporting the volunteer and patient relations programs. This leader will embody servant leadership skills to support team members as a working supervisor and ensure the highest level of service is provided to guests, problem solve and ensure conflict resolution, all while creating a welcoming and hopeful environment for all.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: Management experience required, 5+ years of customer service in hospitality or healthcare field preferred
Schedule: As a working supervisor it is required to have the ability to work flexible hours and shifts, participate in the staffing schedule regularly, and fill in, as needed. On-call availability after hours for staff guidance. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
