We will give our consumers a look into how Woodford Reserve comes to life and each team member will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and authenticity of this experience as they interact with our consumers throughout their visit to our Homeplace. **Meaningful Work From Day One:** Manages day to day tour operation for the Woodford Reserve Distillery. Facilitates training for the Guest Services team to include guided tours, tastings, brand history, tasting room and front desk operations, and the online reservations system. Responsible for monitoring petty cash, reconciling daily safe counts, start of shift and end of shift and weekly deposits. **What You Can Expect** ● Ensure the tour paths are clear of hazards, all technology is functioning properly, and the team is set up for a successful day. ● Conduct daily team meetings to inform staff about the day's outlook, events, and any important updates. ● Lead distillery tours and tasting sessions as needed, providing guests with an informative and enjoyable experience. ● Oversee the Guest Services liquor inventory, ensuring that the necessary supplies are pulled for tours and tastings. ● Introduce and enforce daily staff rotations to ensure all areas are adequately covered and staff members gain varied experience. ● Work in the tasting rooms and at the front desk as necessary to support the team and ensure smooth operations. ● Keep track of inventory levels in the tasting room and Guest Services, and notify the Guest Services Manager when supplies are running low. ● Help with the booking and coordination of VIP and large group specialty tours, ensuring a seamless experience for these guests. ● Create training plans for all Guest Services roles, including front desk, tasting room, and tour operations, and monitor training progress. ● Serve as the first point of contact for any guest or customer tour experience-related challenges, providing solutions and support, including first aid or emergency evacuation if necessary. **What You Bring to the Table:** ● Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, retail or spirits/wine industry and one year leadership experience. ● Must be at least 21 years of age. ● Strong oral presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service. ● Exudes a welcoming, professional, and courteous demeanor. ● Ability to take direction and work in a fluid and fast paced environment. ● Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. ● Able to work occasional evening events. ● Physically able to stand for long periods of time. ● Must be able to lift 40 lbs. **Who We Are:** We believe great people build great brands.
