The GUIDE Marketing Representative is responsible for prospecting, clearly communicating the GUIDE Medicare Program, screening process, and assisting with enrolling interested eligible candidates.

 

The GUIDE Marketer’s activities include learning and staying informed on the key performance measures, shared goals and objectives, drive lead teams to meet and or exceed goals, drive the implementation of new business relationships, provide ongoing support to assigned customers providing exceptional services that maintains and or increases current customer satisfaction.

Meet specific business relationship goals at assigned contracts and report and measure progress against monthly quarterly annual goals Works in close collaboration with Management team to identify training opportunitiesConducts alignment process through follow-up, calls/ visits, and collects necessary information for applicationsIs the primary point of contact between the client and the programKnowledge of current market trends, best practice, and new developments utilizing information for business improvement Communicates and escalates issues, as needed, in real time to appropriate managementActively promote program, work with clients to identify potential referrals, and effectively screen referrals for participation in GUIDE programParticipating in seminars, workshops, and events that bring recognition of the product to targeted markets as necessaryAchieves corporate enrollment goalsConverts appointments into enrollmentsProspects for referrals and converts to appointmentsMaintains disenrollment rate deemed acceptable from the companyPlans events Travels to all assigned service areasMeets a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by the Archcare Dementia Care Connect Establishes sales objectives by following the forecast for annual sales for regions and territories Qualifications

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Requirements

5 years experience in account management/sales for Medicare and/or Medicaid Programs, event planning, direct contact with frail or elderly population.
Valid Driver's License, insurance and own a vehicle

Bilingual Spanish Salary

Salary: $65,538.20-$81,918.20 Annually
