**Job Description**
Capgemini is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with Claim Center experience.
**Required Skills:**
+ Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working on Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.
+ In-depth understanding of P&C insurance processes, especially claims management.
+ Strong knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter modules, workflows, and integration capabilities.
+ Experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and managing backlogs.
+ Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation using tools like Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Gather business requirements using different requirements gathering techniques ( e.g. interviews surveys use case outlines workshops etc.)
+ Analyze and document business requirements using Business Requirements Templates Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools.
+ Analyze the impact of business requirements changes to the project.
+ Work with the business stakeholders to rationalize and prioritize the business requirements.
+ Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications.
+ Collaborate with the technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the Business requirements.
+ Assist with system integration and user acceptance testing. Act as a liaison between the IT project team and the business community facilitate team interaction as well as foster IT-business relationships.
+ Assist in the facilitation of meetings between the IT and business stakeholders

**Salary Transparency:**
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $75716 - $132762/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
