Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Job Location : Chicago, IL** **Job Description** Capgemini is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with Claim Center experience. **Required Skills:** + Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working on Guidewire ClaimCenter projects. + In-depth understanding of P&C insurance processes, especially claims management. + Strong knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter modules, workflows, and integration capabilities. + Experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and managing backlogs. + Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation using tools like Visio, JIRA, or Confluence. + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities:** + Gather business requirements using different requirements gathering techniques ( e.g. interviews surveys use case outlines workshops etc.) + Analyze and document business requirements using Business Requirements Templates Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools. + Analyze the impact of business requirements changes to the project. + Work with the business stakeholders to rationalize and prioritize the business requirements. + Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications. + Collaborate with the technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the Business requirements. + Assist with system integration and user acceptance testing.
