Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter. Experience in the Payments domain is a plus. The role involves managing product lifecycle ensuring seamless integration and enhancing user experience. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that impact our clients positively.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter solutions.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire products.Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Guidewire applications.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance.Facilitate user training sessions to enhance product adoption and user experience.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Ensure that all product enhancements align with business goals and client needs.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for tasks.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product improvements.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Guidewire updates to ensure the company remains competitive.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with Guidewire BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining system documentation.Have experience in conducting user training sessions and facilitating product adoption.Display a strong understanding of system performance monitoring and improvement techniques.Certifications Required
