We are looking for a Senior Guidewire Tester to join our QEA team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire testing and a strong background in Property and Casualty Insurance. This role requires domain expertise in auto renewals, policy administration, claims, and property and casualty insurance.

In this role, you will:
Prepare Test Data strategy based on Guidewire Policy Center and legacy system. Develop Policy Center & Claim Center configuration/Integration test scenarios & test cases. Own and lead the delivery of all testing efforts and ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables. Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of new features. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers to enhance their skills and performance. Coordinate with Offshore, Onshore, and other stakeholders to complete the deliverables.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
Overall, a minimum of 8+ years of experience in P&C insurance and at least 5 years in Guidewire Policy Center testing are required. Should have extensive experience in Data Migration/ Transformation testing. Exhibit domain knowledge in auto renewals auto policy administration auto claims and property and casualty insurance. Must have very good experience in Agile and well versed in standard QA processes Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working experience in offshore/onshore delivery model.

Good in JIRA, & TFS. Have basic programming knowledge for test automation.
