Associa is currently looking for a Gutter Maintenance Technician to join our Blue Mountain team in Beaverton, OR.

How will you make an impact?

A gutter maintenance tech makes a difference by:

\n

\n\nWorking ongutters and roof tops that are 10 to 40 feet high\nPressure washing concrete, buildings, flatwork, playgrounds, monuments, etc.\nDoing general fence repairs \nCollecting bulk items/trash from multiple communities\nString trimming of areas not serviced by the community's landscaper\nServicing water quality facilities \nDoing general facility repairs. \n\n

\n Requirements\nValid driver's license\nReliable transportation to work. Work trucks and tools will be provided.\nPrevious gutter maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.\nComfortably walk & work from heights 10 to 40 feet in the air along roof edges and/or from a ladder\nAble to safely maneuver extension ladders on all types of roofing, pitches, and condition\nCompetent working with hand tools, small power tools, and generators.\nThe ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.\nAbility to work outdoors in all weather, year-round.\n\n
