Job Description
This position can be hybrid or remote.
Provides leadership and strategic direction for maximizing the internal and external productive capabilities of the composition, filing and manufacturing delivery work. Leads the sourcing and distribution functions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating both sales and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment, optimize performance, and achieve company targets. This includes setting clear objectives, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive success.Develops manufacturing and composition supply strategies to ensure product capacity and capabilities meet market needs while optimizing costsReviews production data plans to maximize production capabilities and develops plans to expand the business and support services to attract and retain customers.Manages operational activities ensuring optimal quality and quantity of work is manufactured on schedule and in accordance with procedures, cost and earning objectives.Oversees compliance with all Employee Health & Safety policies and practices to ensure plant safety.Implements and leads continuous improvement and standard practices across deal operationsPerforms other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.Plans, assigns and reviews work of staff to ensure that group objectives are met. Hires, trains, develops and manages staff to ensure that a qualified staff exists to meet group objectives.This role requires approximately 50% travel
QualificationsBachelor's degree in printing, engineering, business, or related area required. Master's degree is preferredPrior experience leading a large manufacturing operation requiredExperience in the use of Continuous Improvement tools requiredExceptional leadership skillsStrong project planning and team facilitation skillsExcellent business acumenStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $206,400 to $330300/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
