About the Role
BGIS is seeking a Gym Attendant / Lifeguard to join our team in Mosman, NSW. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our fitness facility. If you're passionate about fitness, safety, and exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Supervise gym and pool areas to ensure the safety of all users. Provide first aid and emergency care when required. Conduct routine safety checks and monitor pool chemical levels. Maintain the cleanliness of the gym, pool, and surrounding areas. Assist with gym equipment usage, provide advice to members, and ensure the gym floor is organized. Deliver excellent customer service and support other staff as needed.

Rostered Hours

Monday to Friday: Morning shift (0600–1600) or afternoon shift (1100–2100). Weekends: 0800–1800.

About You
We are looking for candidates with:

A current First Aid Certificate (essential). A current Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential). Strong awareness of health and safety practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends.
