Key Responsibilities: Sales Focused: A large part of your role will be centered around converting leads into members through effective relationship building, consistent follow-ups, empathy, and persistence. While a personal training background isn’t required, you’ll need to speak confidently about our training services and leverage our technology (Anytime Fitness App, body scanner, heart rate monitors, etc.) to drive growth. Calling and Messaging Prospects: A critical aspect of your role will involve consistent outreach to prospects. You’ll call and message leads to schedule club tours and signups, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups to maximize conversions. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is key to our members’ experience. You’ll ensure that the gym and its facilities are always clean and tidy, providing a positive space for everyone. Handling Member Account Requests and Retention: You’ll manage member accounts, assist with requests such as freezes, cancellations, and billing issues, and work actively to retain members. By delivering excellent customer service and addressing concerns, you’ll help minimize cancellations and improve member retention rates. Follow Established Systems and Processes: It is essential to follow the systems and processes put in place by management to ensure consistency, compliance, and the overall success of the club. You will be required to adhere to these guidelines in all areas of operations, sales, and member management to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Brand Ambassador: When you love your gym, others will too! You’ll promote the Anytime Fitness brand through community outreach, B2B marketing, and engagement campaigns. Establishing relationships with local businesses and influencers will help grow our presence and connect with potential members. Team Leadership: You’ll inspire and motivate a team, driving results through fun, trust, and accountability. Leading by example, you’ll foster a positive environment while hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect our club’s success. Operational Excellence: From analyzing KPIs to managing daily club tasks, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Using club management software and member billing systems, you’ll engage with members, track leads, manage social media accounts, and ensure a clean, welcoming club. Culture Creator: You’ll set the tone for a supportive, encouraging gym atmosphere. Whether it’s through customer service, creating events, or sharing success stories, you’ll make sure our members feel at home and eager to bring their friends and family. Job Requirements: Skills: Excellent communication and sales skills are a must! Fluent in Spanish is a requirement as well! Age: Must be 18 years or older Availability: Able to work Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu from 11 am - 7 pm, Fri 11 am - 3 pm Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and warm, with a genuine and honest approach Driven: Demonstrates a strong desire for results and success Tech Savvy: Comfortable using fitness tech and management software Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and manages time effectively Organized: Excellent at balancing schedules and tasks Ready to Inspire and Lead?
