The Knowledge Delivery Team manages the major communication vehicles for H&B North America and H&B Global – primarily the webcasts, email newsletters, and intranet pages that H&B colleagues use to complete their client work. Our team is looking for an individual with strong organizational and project management skills to assist with our initiatives. The position is entirely remote. Our Knowledge Delivery Team (KDT) works with the H&B North America and H&B Global leadership teams and various Subject Matter Experts on a regular basis. There are times when Eastern Time Zone hours are required for calls and webcast prep, so applicants should be comfortable occasionally working during that time zone if it is not where they reside.
Coordinate and produce quarterly H&B Global Update webcasts.Coordinate and produce twice monthly H&B North America (NA) Update webcasts.When needed, assist with twice monthly H&B North America Deep Dive webcasts.Provide support to ad hoc webcasts as needed (e.g., Go-to-Market, Retiree Medical).Provide quality review of weekly H&B Now email newsletter.Provide quality review of the quarterly H&B Now Global Update email newsletters (one per region).Provide basic intranet support to the H&B U.S. Content Managers including posting and deleting materials on the intranet, implementing minor page changes, and assisting with the annual review process to ensure intranet materials are relevant and up-to-date. Upon more extensive technical training to expand the colleagues’ knowledge of the intranet, they would provide more sophisticated support including page design and developing training modules for colleagues. Develop and conduct annual LOB-wide H&B NA Knowledge Delivery Survey (using WTW’s Engage platform which we will train colleague on); report to leadership and recommend actions based on the results.Obtain cross-training on how to produce the H&B Now and U.S. Healthcare News emails and serve as backup to send them when the project manager is out.Monitor the Ask H&B NA mailbox and respond to inquiries.Manage H&B distribution lists.Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic understanding of virtual presentations. Specific webcast training will be given.Foundational knowledge of Health & Benefits (H&B), including key concepts related to employee benefits, health insurance plans, and regulatory considerations.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management, documentation, and workflow coordination.Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to evolving project needs.Proactive problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
