AON is looking for a - Health Solutions Specialist - (Hybrid Role in NY) ------------------------------------------------ Aon’s Health Solutions team helps clients strategically develop, implement, and manage their employee health & welfare programs. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in the New York City office 2-3 days per week. What the day will look like The Health Solutions Specialist will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables. You will play an integral role on the client team, with exposure to all aspects of day-to-day client service delivery. This includes: Proactively building knowledge base of health and welfare benefits Developing an understanding of basic business and financial concepts Collaborating with others to get input on identifying and resolving issues Collecting, analyzing, and preparing information to facilitate requirements of client requests Skills and experience that will lead to success We’re looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders. Additionally, we take into consideration the following: Proficiency in effective communication, encompassing both verbal and written forms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and solutions Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Solid research skills and financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet tools Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Public Health, Communication or a related degree preferred, but open to other majors. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $59,500K to $76,000K annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
